Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:

Requests must be emailed to: NAMTPTConference@gmail.com with "Cancel Conference Registration please" in the subject line

If you must cancel, please notify us ASAP.

$25 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations.

After 12 Noon Central Time 1 week before the conference starts no refunds can be issued other than medical emergencies. Hard costs such as food, etc have already been given to hotel conference management and we are not refunded that cost.
