About my practice
As owner and founder of Chicago Center for Myofascial Pain Relief, my treatment approach focuses on dynamic muscle function and pain- free movement through Trigger Point Therapy and muscle re-education via movement. I work with professional athletes, weekend warriors, musicians and everyone else who may have muscular pain so they can have a full and pain-free life! By identifying and treating underlying causes of muscular pain and by teaching self-care techniques, I help you achieve pain relief and prevent it's recurrence.
Since I am also a Certified Personal Trainer for over 27 years, I bring a unique fitness perspective to Trigger Point Therapy that only two other people in the country posses. A life-long resident of Chicago, Illinois, I host patients from all over the country for intensive "out of town" treatment plans from 3 to 5 days in duration.
