  • Outdoor Barbeque, Networking and idea exchange. Tell us about your practice; bring your business cards and brochures. After our dinner we will have an old fashioned sing-along. Join us on the outdoor pool deck for a wonderful and fun evening under the stars. The Hilton chefs will prepare a real outdoor Barbeque for us while we enjoy the warmth of a bonfire. Have a good ‘ol time singing along. Bring your musical instrument and play along.

  • Will be served in the beautiful atrium space near the front desk: Executive Buffet Deli Board: Chef’s daily fresh made soup selection, Vegetable penne pasta salad, Roast beef, Roasted turkey breast, Honey-cured ham, and assorted sliced cheeses. Fresh sliced tomatoes, red onion and lettuce. Kaiser rolls, marbled rye and whole wheat breads, assorted jumbo cookies and Iced tea and coffee..
  • Hot Plated Lunch: Spinach salad, Tender spinach leaves with tomatoes, eggs and candied walnuts served with warm bacon vinaigrette.
    Choice of Chicken Picatta; Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with shallots, lemon juice, white wine and capers or Fresh Tilapia roasted with Parmesan crumbs and served with lemon butter sauce. Fresh Green Beans sautéed with pancetta, Oven Roasted Red Potatoes, tossed with herbs. Dessert: Refreshingly tart key lime custard with graham cracker crust, whipped cream and tropical coulis. Also oven fresh rolls and creamery butter, freshly brewed coffees and Tazo herbal iced tea.
  • Famous Chicago-style Pizza .Various types of Chicago-Style pizzas. Hot soup of the day, Fresh Garden Salad, Pasta Salad with Fresh Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic and assorted Olives, Selection of Breads, Croissants, Pickles, tomatoes Kettle Chips and House made Brownies. Iced tea and coffee.

  • For this sponsorship each company will get: a 6x3 foot table fully skirted provided by the hotel or an 8’x5’ space to put up your display booth. You will be able to provide us with a full page ad that will appear in the vendors section of the conference materials binder. Your company will also receive recognition as an official NAMTPT Conference Sponsor, and the ability to be present and meet and greet our conference participants at many scheduled times during the rest four days of the conference.
    This includes a special meet the vendors reception on Wednesday June 23, 2010 from 6-9pm. You will also have your website link on our conference website from time of conference until July 31, 2010. Conference meals not included.

You may register online or by mail.  If you register by April 24, 2010, you will receive an early bird discount.

Continuing Education (CEUs)
We are pleased to announce that 23 NCBTMB approved CEUs will be awarded for full conference participation.

The Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort Conference Center hotel is Chicago's premier resort and escape, located in Bloomingdale, Illinois just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago and O'Hare International Airport

All the luxuries of a first class Hilton resort are emphasized in the hotel's dramatic six-story Frank Lloyd Wright inspired lobby, and newly renovated oversized guest rooms offering comfortable furnishings and complimentary WiFi access.The hotel also features a fitness center, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, patio with fire pit, 27 holes of championship golf, miniature golf, casual and elegant restaurants, and an award-winning spa.

If you need help finding a roommate please indicate on your conference registration form and you will be provided with a list of registrants also seeking a roommate. 

Please Note: The room block will be available only until May 25th or until it is sold out. Since the hotel is expected to sell out early, we recommend that you do not delay in reserving your spot.

Airports
The closest airports to the conference venue are Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW).

Ground Transportation
The transportation company recommended by the Hilton Resort is A-1 Limo service.
From O'Hare, the fee for a reserved transport in a shared car is $23 per person.

From Midway Airport, the fee is $54 and $8.00 for each additional person (1-3 passengers).
