For those who are patients, family members and members of the general public interested in learning how Trigger Point Therapy and support modalities can reduce and eliminate chronic pain conditions. This is Audit only and does not earn CEUs. Includes hotel-catered buffet lunch.
The Single Day Rate - The Late Rate – $175.00
Unlicensed Student, full conference – $300.00
No CEUs and may not participate in the hands-on portions of the classes. You may watch and attend all classes.

Conference Registration Details

Key registration dates

Early bird rates end at 11:59pm on August 19, 2017
Regular rates end at 11:59pm on October 2, 2017
Late rates end at 11:59pm on October 22, 2017
Please register before October 23rd! Only emergency changes will be made after 10/22 after midnight.

On-site registration or payments will not be permitted due to counts on food orders, conference materials etc. Please help us run smoothly and call the above persons if emergency additions or changes are necessary.

The full-conference registration fee includes:

Welcome reception (Wed evening Oct 25)
Daily lunch buffets (Thur 26, Fri 27 and Sat 28)
Gala dinner/party (Sat Oct 28)

Single-day conference registration includes:

lunch only on the day for which you registered

Note: Saturday's single-day registration does not include entrance to the Gala dinner. If you wish to attend, you will need to add-on the Gala to your registration. Add your name as the 1st guest and add the meal choice there.

Guest registration for social events

Conference attendees' guests (family, friends, etc who are not attending the conference) are welcomed to join us for the daily lunches, the outing and our Saturday Gala dinner.
You will need to register them with your registration (as a guest), for these meals when you register yourself for the conference and pay the additional costs.
**If you are bringing a guest who will be attending one or more days of the conference (classes/lectures), they will register separately.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'hare Airport Hotel for a special reduced rate of $135/night. We recommend that you book your hotel reservations before the September 1st, 2017 cut off date to get the reduced rate.

If you prefer to call in the reservation, you can do this by calling 1-877-337-5793 and providing the group name "NAMTPT" or the group code “T54” to insure being counted and getting the special rate.
